Hillsboro Tuesday Marketplace Gets the Blues

Too Slim comes to Hillsboro Tuesday Marketplace The CBA has joined up with the Hillsboro Tuesday Marketplace (presented by the Bank of America) to co-sponsor the Blues acts that will be performing there throughout the summer. The Market is located at Main Street and Second Avenue in downtown Hillsboro and will be open each Tuesday from 5 pm to 8:30 pm beginning June 12th and running through August 28th. Admission is free and children are welcome.

The Blues acts to perform on the Starlight Stage are: Too Slim & the Taildraggers (June 26), Kinzel & Hyde (July 10), Feppo Brothers (Aug 7), Jon Koonce (Aug 21) and Stu Kinzel will perform solo on the Town Theater Stage (Aug 28). The music will begin at 5:30 pm.

Products at the Hillsboro Tuesday Marketplace include fresh locally grown plants and produce, handmade arts and crafts, baked goods food and beverages. Other attractions are the classic car showcase, health information and resources at the Community Health Corner, Barrilito the clown and miniature horses.
