    The Oregon GI Blues Music Festival 2002 is committed to the BLUES and ROOTS based music scene in Portland and beyond. In keeping with that thought, OGIBMF is very happy to announce the warm addition of the Cascade Blues Association as a beneficiary of this year's event. OGIBMF is additionally excited about ...ETHOS, INC!
