4th Annual Blues By The Sea Music Festival September 20th & 21st Nominated "Best Blues Event of the Year 2001" by the Cascade Blues Association

    Blues Flash! A third shuttle has been added for Blues By The Sea's after-Festival jam at the Red Lion, Astoria. Poulsbo RV will run a shuttle in addition to the KOA and Red Lion's shuttles. So, plenty of transportation will be available. When calling the Red Lion or Rent RV, identify yourself as a Blues By The Sea attendee for discounts and special rates.

    A portion of the proceeds will go to the KOA Kare Kamp, which helps children with chronic illnesses and other disabilities realize their camping dreams. Also to benefit from the festival is the Clatsop County Community Action Agency, a division of the Oregon Food Bank. They do an outstanding service feeding the hungry of Clatsop County. Please be generous with your cash or food donations for this great cause.

    Blues By The Sea is proud to announce a star-studded weekend featuring the finest performers the Northwest has to offer. This year's lineup includes four members of the "Muddy Hall of Fame" — the Cascade Blues Association's highest honor. Included is Duffy Bishop, Too Slim & the Taildraggers, Albert Reda, and Mr. Robbie Laws. Also on the bill, from the Washington Blues Society, is the Evergreen state's award-winning Junkyard Jane. Plus the talents of many, many more.
