Calendar Submissions

We get many calendar submissions each and every month. Some people send us the same thing multiple times per month, while others leave out important information such as dates and venue names. The best way to make sure your events get listed each and every month is to follow these important steps.

1. Send your event listing by the 15th of the prior month (e.g. send May events by April 15).
2. Send us only events for one month -- if you send listing for additional months, they will be discarded -- you must send us a new list for each month.
3. Send us your list only once -- when we get the same list over and over multiple times per month, it is very difficult to tell when you've finally sent us an updated listing.
4. If you are playing at a new venue never listed by the CBA, send us all the complete venue information. See information on Clubs and Venues below.
5. Send us your Blues performances only.
6. Only send us venues and clubs that are from Centralia to Eugene (N to S) and Hood River to the Coast (E to W).
   • We reserve the right to exclude locations as required due to space limitations in the BluesNotes print publication. We will make every effort to include all within the online calendar.
   • We typically do not include one-time or annual festival events and venue.

   • We typically do not include traditional non-music related venues, such as museums.
7. Correct spelling and punctuation, please.

   (Include "Laurie - Calendar Input" in the Subject line) OR use the form below.
